Why become an apprentice?

An apprentice can offer you the opportunity to learn and earn a wage whilst your working. PBT can help you find the right work placement and work with the employer to gain your qualifications. You will attend PBT for 1 day per week and work a minimum of 3 days in the salon.

Core Units
Salon reception duties
Facial skincare
Enhance the appearance of eyebrows
Carry out waxing services
Provide manicure and pedicure services
Provide make-up services

This qualification can lead to working in a commercial Beauty salon as a junior Beauty Therapist, or woring as an independant / self-employed / mobile therapist.

You could go on and develop your skills further by taking a Level 3 diploma in Beauty Therapy.
